The Monkey Huddle

All of our employees truly have a voice in this company. Every morning each employee shares stories of appreciation for their fellow co-workers who have displayed our core values or they share something they learned from the day before to help make everyone's work a little bit easier. Connecting is what it is all about so we get motivated by starting our day off in a huddle and feeding off the music and each other's energy. Who needs coffee when you have the monkey huddle?

The Leader Sessions

Free education is a hard thing to come by these days, but here, every employee has the opportunity to listen to leaders both within and outside of the company. Growing leaders is something we are passionate about, which is reflected in programs like this.

The Mentor Method

During your first week here, we hand-pick the perfect mentor for your personal style that will be the best at helping you get connected. The mentors are trained to do everything possible to help you grow and succeed, but they are naturally gifted at being awesome.

Waffle Friday

Everyone loves Friday, but homemade waffles (try the brownie and fun-fetti!) is the sweetest way to end the week. This is just one of our themed weekdays that makes Legal Monkeys the best place to be from 8 to 5!
